Accessibility & Disabled Access
Due to the nature of our entrance and building, LS1 are unable to offer wheelchair access – as narrow staircase means we are unable to install a chairlift /lift to the property without it being a health and safety risk – Our surgery is located on a first floor location.
During Your Visit
We welcome carers and support persons to attend appointments, and our team is happy to make reasonable adjustments, including allowing additional time or providing clear communication where needed.
Communication Support
We can arrange interpreter services, British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, and alternative communication methods to meet your needs.
